Book online for drop-ins and membership visits through our scheduling software. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Regional Recreational Funds are accepted for memberships that include play sessions.

Yes. Memberships can be canceled with 30 days written notice before your next billing date.

Yes. Pauses may be available for travel, illness, surgery, family schedule changes, or other planned breaks. Just check with a team member and we will help you set it up.

No. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month. This helps us manage capacity and keep booking fair for every family. -
Per household. Up to two adults and all siblings are included, and memberships cannot be shared between families.

No. Your membership lets you book, but sessions are capacity-limited, so booking early is the best way to get the times that work for you.

Because each reserved spot limits availability for another family, bookings are final, with no refunds or transfers. Please review your booking carefully before confirming.

Yes. Every child and participating adult needs a completed waiver before entering the play space. You can complete it online before your first visit to save time.

Yes. AltPlay is a caregiver-supervised space, so a responsible adult stays onsite and within sight of their child for the full session. It is not a drop-off space. -
Yes, a pre-designated adult over the age of 18 can stay with your child while they play.
They will need to complete a waiver and be designated as an authorized adult on your account.
We are unable to allow anyone younger than 18 to supervise your child.
